The quickcoating technology has been deployed and used in industry since 2006. The quickcoating powdercoating equipment has been constantly improved. The current models V6 and smart offer an intuitive computer interface for setting all the coating parameters.
It is a true Made in Germany product - fabricated only by the quickcoating GmbH.

In addition, we offer curing ovens and special solutions for new applications.

How we ensure high quality

Testing
We use tested high quality parts. Every machine undergoes a final inspection and a long-term test before the delivery. This is documented in a report and is shipped with the machine.

Approvals
The production is according to the current European standards and regulations with EC declaration of conformity and label with CE symbol. We also have the valid test certificate according to the European ATEX-standards.

Shipment
We ship the quickcoating machines safely packed in a special wooden box. Unpacking and taking it into operation needs only 20 minutes.

Scope of delivery
We ship with elaborate documentations: Logbook with machine-card (German / English), with welcome flyer, quick-start-guide, user manual, tips, guarantee-card and certificates.

Service and support
Technical hotline in German language daily from 8 am to 8 pm (CET UTC/GMT+1), and in English via e-mail.

Warranty
12 months warranty world-wide and 18 month quickcoatingPLUS warranty (Europe only).

We produce fast: According to the orders in 2 to 6 weeks.
